Another Path is a non-canon BCI exclusive that revisits the chapter Another Shoulder. What would happen if Paulo didn't refuse Lucy's advance?

Synopsis
The events of Another Shoulder have already passed, and the chapter seems to take place in Back and Forth, just after David judges Paulo for not "sealing the deal" with Lucy.[1] David is unimpressed with Paulo's insistence that sleeping with Lucy would have been a mistake, and remarks that it was a "once in a lifetime event." Even so, it gets Paulo to thinking...
In Paulo's imagination, he's taken back to the events of Another Shoulder, when he's denying Lucy's sexual advances. He declares how he cares about and even loves Lucy without the need to have sex with her, but becomes flustered when Lucy tells him to "show [her]" just how much. Paulo and Lucy's relationship will be challenged by this big step... will they be able to make it through these trials?
Trivia
- This is the first BCI in the "Another" series, and the first in the Paulo/Lucy focused "Another Path" series.
- Another Path was originally in the archive and able to stay "canon" in the sense that Paulo had actually thought about it. It would be moved to BCI in 2015, and is not considered canon.
- This BCI was personally commissioned by an anonymous fan.
